Our respiratory therapists are registered with the National Board of Respiratory Care and Licensed in the state of North Carolina. They offer expertise in set up of PAP therapies and respiratory devices as well as being a resource for reimbursement guidelines for oxygen, PAP therapy and other respiratory related equipment. Our therapists act as a liaison between Pamlico Medical Equipment, LLC, clients and referrals to provide the best possible services to our customers.
Certified Driver Technicians
Our driver technicians are sent for certification through an American Association for Home Care approved training program. They provide prompt, courteous delivery of home medical equipment to customers in our service area.
Experienced Office Staff
Our office staff brings billing and insurance expertise to the team. They ensure that we have the information needed to bill insurance in a timely manner and correctly for patient's convenience and maximum coverage. Our staff also make customers aware of their financial obligations with co-pays, deductibles or self pay items. These are our front line employees who take orders, coordinate appointments for equipment set ups and pick ups and answering questions you may have about retail items available including scrubs, uniform shoes, accessories and supplies.
